Relic is a conservation studio that works for the conservation and enhancement of historical paper and membranous book and documentary heritage.
Inside the laboratory, located in the centre of Recanati, historical investigations are carried out on artefacts, assessing their state of deterioration and planning aimed conservative restoration processes.

Based in the heart of Recanati, Relic is a space that links the tradition of restoration and technical innovation.

Within the laboratory, each artefact is the subject of in-depth studies in search of the best conservation approaches.

We have always been involved in preserving and conserving the cultural heritage of books and paper by providing restoration services and consultancy aimed at solving conservation problems with a vision aimed at respecting the heritage and its historical instances. For this reason, it is important for us to know the history and journey of each artefact in order to understand all its aspects and implement the best restoration techniques.
